REFUND

• We don’t offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
•  The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

 

RETURNS

•  AYNI is a made– to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production.
• Orders are usually dispatched in minimum of 3 weeks.
• we need cover opening video for exchange for damaged dresses.
